　橋下徹弁護士が著書「最後に思わずYESと言わせる最強の交渉術」（こちらもお勧め）の中で、「下手な心理学者の書いた交渉本より実戦的で役に立った」という趣旨のことをおっしゃっていたので、読んでみた。

　かけひきについて、心構え、外見、言葉遣い、心理状態など様々な観点から、いかにして負けないかについて書かれている。かけひきにおいては、すごく細かいことにも気をつけ、自分に有利な状況を演出しないといけないかが分かる。
　
　著者が、ビジネスへの応用について丁寧に書いてくれているので、理解しやすい。

　上に行くためには「気配り」ができないといけないということは分かるが、具体的にどうすればいいか悩んでいる人にお勧め。豊富な具体例を有する本書には多くのヒントが隠されていること間違いなし。

　社内外からのつきあげを上手にさばいて、生き残って、勝ち組になろう。

タフネゴシエーション、相談、相手をどう動かすか、そこに集中していろいろな手を使う。戦略とは自分にできるあらゆることを使って自分の得たい結果を得ることである。ここには、自分の意志を実現するための「いろんな」方法が記されている。
