市販薬と医薬部外品とを危険性の解説とそれぞれのデータ表が記載されていますが、はじめに薬や化粧品や洗剤などの問題点が書かれていますがまずまず読みやすいと思いますがもう少しページ数をさいて詳しく説明していただくと更に良かったのではないでしょうか。データ表のほうはアイウエオ順に各成分について効能、副作用等々記載されていますので辞書的に自分の知りたいものを調べるのに便利です。ただこちらもデータ量が少し物足りない。限られたページの中で特殊なものは除き一般的なものに限定すれば基本的な知識を得るのには有用だと思います。それと生体への影響は個人差がありますのでそれを考慮したうえで読まれると良いでしょう。
記事は商品名ではなく成分名で書かれていますので多少の知識が必要に思われます。タイトルからするといろんな「いけない本」に似た印象を受けますがそれらより専門的です。
