予防注射を１１本、ドラム一式とともにアフリカへ・・・・ケニア･タンザニア・ウガンダ・ザイール。
酸素濃度が平地の三分の二以下という環境の中でのキリマンジャロ登頂~山頂ライヴ（５８９５ｍ）・・・He is the drammer has played within a nearest place to the sky .

・・・といったこともいいが、平地での地元音楽家や只の地元民達との対決（セッション）のほうが内容的には充実しているようだ。ほほえましくも緊迫した異文化人種同士の対決。

商業的管理商品化されきった音楽界の外へ。だが、それを批判しつつも自身の日本国民として形成された音楽文化意識の制約を、その外で逆に強く意識する面もあることを、正直に述べられる。
音楽業界のことはよく知らないが、このような方が報われることを願う。
