　訳のしかたのせいなのか、あまりよくわからなかった。
はっきりわかるような日常語で書いてほしかった。
何回も読み直しているのですが、内容がぼやけていてはっきり分かりません。
はっきり言って期待はずれでした。エリクソン氏はすばらしい人だとは思いますが。

催眠誘導の基本的なテクニック、ＮＬＰの一般的な技法が具体的に解説してあります。ミラーリング、アンカリング、ペーシング等の基本的なものから混乱技法などや症例も入れて詳しく網羅しています。

トランスへの導入法は説明されていますがトランスに入った後どうすればいいのかは、ごく一般的な事しか触れていないので少しぼやっとした印象になってしまいました。日常生活で催眠を活用したいと思っていたのでそれは少し違ったかな、といった感じでした。専門的なＮＬＰの入門書を読みたい人には良いかなと思います。

認知社会心理学系の本を読んでいる人ならスキーマとかの言葉に見覚えがあるでしょう。
本著では催眠誘導に関してトランス誘導を効果的に引き起こすための重要な要素の一つに
相手の催眠を促す要素を発掘することが挙げられていました。スキーマと似てるなと
思えて至極体系的に心理学、心理療法として理解できました。

今まで世間巷で「いかがわしい」と思われがちな催眠術（誘導）を改めて自分にとって
学問的に分かりやすく理解させてくれた書籍でした。
