大正11年(1922年)11月山口県に生まれる。昭和15年3月県立山口中学校卒業、17年9月国立山口高等学校卒業、同年10月東京帝国大学入学、18年12月学徒動員により、陸軍入隊。陸軍経理学校を経て南方経理教育隊へ、20年1月卒業。ビルマ派遣第28軍経理部。戦後北ビルマ行政指令部に勤務。22年6月復員。23年9月東京大学法学部卒業。三菱重工業株式会社入社。平成元年6月代表取締役副社長退任。9年6月特別顧問退任。9年から15年まで湘南カントリークラブ理事長。現在(財)防長クラブ常務理事(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
