名作「光の塔」で日本ＳＦの端緒をなすも、
謎の部分の多かった作家の評伝。
泉鏡花との比較を中心に作品世界への言及がなされ、
今日泊亜蘭の実伝を丁寧に描いている。
正直、鏡花との比較の部分は食い足りない部分が多いが、
評伝として貴重だと思います。
