写真家・鯨井康雄は、この写真集では、リュ・シウォンの魅力を最高に引き出した写真芸術作品を見せてくれています。ひとつひとつの写真が良いのはもちろんですが、全体を統一するコンセプトが流れているので、見終わったあと、優れたアート作品を見た充足感があります。被写体としての俳優の人間性を映像でこのように的確に伝えることが、どんな写真家にでも出来ることではないことは、ほかの写真集と見比べてみればよくわかります。また、日本の出版産業が世界最高水準の位置を占めているからこそ、このような良質の本を当然のこととして手にすることが出来ることにも、あらためて気づかせてくれます。

今や韓国＝ペ･ヨンジュン！という風潮がありますが、私は何といっても、リュ・シウォン君。話に聞くと、スゴイ資産家のお坊ちゃまらしいけれど、そんな素振りは少しも見せない。でも、彼の人柄でしょうか？優しさが全身からあふれ出ていて、仕事で疲れて帰って来た私を、その優しさで包み込んでくれます。ヨン様が、シウォン君に出会わせてくれた、という意味ではヨン様も好きだけど、今はもうすっかりシウォン★本当は、誰にも教えたくないくらいかっこいいシウォンが満載の写真集なのですが…、だからこそ、みんなに紹介します。シウォン君を、見てください！

価格に負けないだけの内容で、彼の魅力満載です。インタビューなどもあり、ページ数も充分で期待を裏切らない１冊です。シウォンファン必見です。
