「天然生活」でも、松長絵菜さんの紹介するお菓子やコーディネートが
可愛くて大好きでしたが、この本ではさらにぎゅっと魅力が濃縮されていて、うれしい！

十二ヶ月それぞれの初めに書かれたエッセイは、ほんわりと優しい気持ちにさせてくれて、お菓子作りの楽しさを伝えてくれます。

ざらっとした紙の表紙は汚してしまいそうで、こわごわと広げながらお菓子を作るようです。レシピとしては、出来上がり写真（可愛くおめかしした状態の）があるだけなので、お菓子作り初心者には難しいかもという難点も。

でも、いいんです。絵本だから。十二ヶ月のお菓子それぞれが小さなプレゼントのようで、とにかく可愛い！

平積みでは無く、棚に並んでいると一瞬「何の本？」って思ってしまう。
レシピはちょっとひねりのある、けれど奇を衒い過ぎていない物。
「ゆずのケーキ」「きなこあめ」等、和風の物、「野菜のピクルス」
グリーンピースのスープ」等、軽食にもなりそうな物。
「アボガドのパウンドケーキ」は“森のバターでつくる”って添え書きが
作りたい気持ちを誘う。
「仔猫のビスケット」やくり抜いたかぼちゃに生地を流し込んで作る、
「かぼちゃの焼きプリン」等、子供の集まりにも喜ばれそうな物もある。
時にちょっとラッピングをされた物もあったり、さりげない演出もあって
眺めているのも楽しい本です。

まず装丁のかわいさにノックアウト!
見返しが牧場で遊ぶヒツジの柄なのです。
お料理の下にひいてあるクロスやちょこっと置かれている小道具など
が、すっごくかわいくてトキメキました。
お料理あまり得意じゃないケド雑貨好きという人も、充分楽しめると
思います。
レシピもオリジナリティーがあって○!
