テキストと過去問から成るが完全に分かれているのではなく、問題を解きながら理解していくという構成。文章は親しみやすく、問題の解説もわかりやすい。テキストで触れていない内容を説明する時は「新知識です」「現段階では正解できなくても心配ありません」などと示してくれるので、安心して読み進められる。これをざっと読んでから過去問集に取り組む方が、民法の全体像がイメージできて有利かもしれない。問題数が少ないのでこれ１冊のみで乗りきるのはほぼ不可能。

網羅しようとすると膨大な時間がかかる民法ですが、物権、債権、総則等、必要な部分を必要なだけまとめてあるこの本は非常に使い易いと思います。
知識と問題がバランスよく掲載されていて、流れに任せてこなせる一冊です。

イエロー本の紹介ではえらく薦められているが、
これは実はかなりわかりづらい。

ここ2年ほどで「過去問ノック」や「70点で合格」など、
少ない問題数で民法を攻略できる問題集も出てきたので、
そちらで学習を進めたほうがよい。
