ダイヤモンド社から出ている
「積極的な考え方の力」が大人向けだとすると
これはティーン向けにやさしく書き直された本です。

この本をランダムにふと開くと
ベストな解決法が載っていてビックリした。

これは、考え方の本なので、
具体例を読んだら、今の自分の状況に合うよう
調整して、実践する。

この本の実践ガイドを
作ったら、
きっと１０代の人の悩みが半減すると思います。
←自分で勝手に作ってます。

タイトルがマジメすぎるので、
あんまり売れてないのが、
悲しいです。

私は一時期、精神的に非常に落ち込んでいた。どうしようもないくらいに落ち込んでいたときにこの本に出会いました。内容は積極的に生きていくことがいかに重要かを様々な具体例をもとに説明しています。そして、何より自分を積極的にするには、どうすれば良いのかという方法についても記述されています。
私はこの本を繰り返し読むとともに書かれている内容を少しずつ実践していますが、自分の生活が変わってきたように感じています。著者は牧師ですので、キリスト教的な話が多いのも事実ですが、口調は極めて平易でわかりやすいです。心に染み込んでくるような本です。
