筋ジストロフィーは、進行型の疾患です。
筋力が落ちることは、多くの方が知ってらっしゃいます。
加えて、呼吸機能や嚥下機能も低下するのです。

本書では、筋ジストロフィーの方の食事について、
実際にメニューを例にあげて書いてあります。
写真、作り方も載っています。

嚥下しやすい条件について考慮してレシピが載っています。
密度が均一か、適度な粘土があるか、
口腔をなめらかに通貨するか、のどごしがよいか。
障害の進行が様々なので、食形態も一概に決められるものでは
ありませんが、本書を手に取り、レシピを検討する価値は
じゅうぶんにあると思います。
