現在放射線科ローテート中なのですが、案外小児の固形腫瘍で画像診断（フォローアップも含めて）に回ってくることが多い。

でも、ほとんど知識がないのでなんとか最低限の知識だけでも確保しようと思いいろいろ小児がん関係の本を探したんですが、血液腫瘍はともかく小児固形腫瘍について書かれた本はほとんどない。しかも古い。その上値段が高い。

この本はほかにないのでしぶしぶ買いましたが、値段が高いこと、装丁のカバーが汚れやすいことを除くと内容はかなりわかりやすく丁寧で期待以上でした。

頻度の少ない固形腫瘍についてもそれなりにページが割かれており、また病理的なアプローチや治療などについてもそれなりにのっていますが、基本的に必要レベルのことしかのってないので読んで無駄だったという箇所はなかったです。少しボリュームがありますが通読すべ基本だと思います。もちろん辞書的に使用してもよいと思います。

腫瘍をもっと勉強したい方は洋書でよさそうなのがいっぱいあったので、若干値が張りますがこの本の次に洋書をかわれてはいかがでしょうか。
