本書は、説明部分と練習問題に大きく分がれている。どちらかというと、クリティカルシンキングのようなアプローチではなく、徹底的に接続詞にこだわるアプローチである。つまり、接続詞にこそ、文と文の関係やパラグラフとパラグラフの関係が現れるという事なのである。それこそが、論理である。おそらく感覚的には、国語の問題を解いている感じかもしれない。また、英語のリーディングの授業のように、日本語を精読していく。徹底的に接続詞にこだわり、最終的には論理関係にこだわっていく。

論理的になるためには、次のことを実践するといい。
・意識的に接続表現を使用してみる。
・接続表現に気をつけながら、読んでみる。

練習問題をやってみたら、半分以上は間違えていた感じだ。ということは、まだまだ、論理力がないということである。何度もやることが重要なのであろう。問題を解くときに、考え、解説を読むときに再び考えることで、論理力が養われることだろう。少なくとも、解説を読むだけでなく、問題を解くことで論理力を養ってほしい。

論理の本ですが記号論理学の本ではないです。ですから式変形を伴う記号は出てきません。接続関係に注意して文を読む方法が示されています。否定・ドモルガンの法則・逆裏待遇などの論理学特有の用語は丁寧に解説されていなす。独習で1冊だけやるなら101題の方が良いかもしれません。

改めて日本語を考えさせられ、いいトレーニングになりました。これからこの本でで学んだ内容を活かせる様にすることがここからの課題ですね。
興味深い例題ばかりで、そっちの内容にも満足しました。
