問題の量・質ともに充実したとても良い問題集です。解説が不十分な所もありますが、一般の電磁気について書かれている本や、基礎数学の本などを参考にすることで問題なく解けると思います。これを全て理解した上で解くことができればかなりの力がつくでしょう。
ただ一つ問題なのは、数字や記号などの誤植がとても多いことです。サイエンス社の方に問い合わせたところ、現在著者の方が訂正を行っているとのことなので、余裕のある方は第２版の発行を待って購入した方がよいと思います。

この演習書は良問がたくさん載っていて、これさえあればあとは適当な教科書を選べば、電磁気学の勉強は一通りできます。電磁気学の問題を解く訓練をしたいのならこの本で決まりです。大学の物理学科の学生でも十分使えます。
