何より、届いてびっくり。表紙と言うか、カバーがかっこいいです！
そして、内容にも大満足。同じライブドア出版が出している「東京グルメガイド」は買って損したという感じだったので、正直、あまり期待していなかったのですが、この本は買って良かった〜〜♪と、心の底から思いました。
自称『焼肉フリーク』の私でしたが「まだまだ知らないところがあるわ〜。行かなければ」と、新たな意欲が湧き上がってきたほどです。
焼肉通の人はもとより、グルメに興味のある人は持ったほうがいい1冊です。

サイトをよく利用させてもらってます。食べに行ったところは今のところハズしたことないし焼肉データベースとしてはかなりクオリティ高いです。切り口も部所別など選びやすいですし、使い勝手もよし。

で、それだけならグルメ本としては十分とはいえ、月並みな印象派否めず星4つといったところ。ですが、この本の真髄はトータルパッケージにあります。派手な金色のケース上、無駄に小洒落た白い題字が焼肉というカテゴリの本のイメージをかけ離れ、手にとった瞬間と複雑な胸騒ぎに自ら苦笑。そのケースをとって中身を開けてみると、無造作に塗りたくった人を小ばかにしたような手書き風蛍光ペンの跡。後半の焼肉にまつわるテクニック集自体はコンセプトもあほですが、スノボにからめた「180 (ワン・エイティ)」とそのイラストや、ジダンのマルセイユ・ルーレットにちなんだ「白金ルーレット」。そんな調子で全体通じてあほを貫いてますが、このあたりが琴線に触れる人は即買いです。

星5つ、グルメ本として利用価値も大ですが、個人的にはそれ以上にオーナーシップをくすぐる一品です。

とにかく、グルメ本という雰囲気がしないかっこよさですね。
焼肉の名店というと、安いだけとか良い肉を使っていても値段が高すぎとか
店としてのバランスが取れていないところが紹介されている場合も多いが、
この本にのっている店はとにかく価格と質のバランスに優れている。
深夜に使えるとかタイプ別に分類されているので、ガイドとしての
使い勝手も素晴らしい。
接待に、東京案内に、食べ歩きにと重宝すること間違い無し。
おまけの肉シオリも楽しくて良い。
