ヨガで美しくのVol.1は、もっていませんでした。
吉川めいさんのヨガは結構ハードだったりするので、
私はできないだろうって思ってましたから。
が、、、この本は違いました。
ヨガを独学ですが、地道にやってきて体が柔らかくなってきているのとヨガを理解してきたって事もあるのでしょうが、この中に収録されていますヨガ、すべてが体に気持ちよく、そして無理なくポーズがとれます。
骨盤をやわらかくする、足の内側、裏側の筋肉をのばしほぶす。
背筋も伸ばす、体の側面を伸ばす。
そして、ポーズの合間や、最後のしかばねのポーズの気持ちよさを実感しました。
時間的には75分とみっちりあります。
つかの間のヨガ時間として、お休みの日にじっくりしたい一つです。

平池来耶さんの「スピリチュアリズムっていったい何なの？」がわかりやすくてよかったです。
こういうテーマを扱ったものにありがちな怪しい感じが無かったですし、読んでから何となく気分が軽くなったような気がしました。
DVDのレッスンは、ホットヨガ歴１年半の私には運動量が少なくて物足りなかったです。休日にゆっくりリラックスするにはいいかも知れません。
DVDを見なくてもポーズの解説は見やすくまとめられているので、マイペースに続けていこうと思います。写真がきれいです。
