レトルトや簡単に調理が可能な食材を利用したレシピが載っています。
例）事前に玉ねぎやジャガイモを茹でておき、そこへインスタントラーメンを入れて
　最後に卵を入れるとおいしい・・・

このような内容ですので、一人暮らしなどで普段から調理している人でしたら、思いつくことが殆どで、新たな発見やワクワクするような調理方法、レシピは無かったです。
でも、普段は全く料理をしない方ならば簡単料理ばかりで初めての一人暮らしなどにも応用出来ると思います。


冒頭部分にてバーナーやコッフェルなどの調理器具の紹介がされていますので、
これからアウトドア調理をしようという方にはわかりやすくて良いと思います。

オフバイクでキャンプしてます。
しかし普段から料理をするので
コンビニオニギリを解体して缶詰と混ぜるとかの
内容はちょっと…そのまま食べたほうがいいです。

バイクでキャンプするなら日持ちする食材を使いたいですし、
オートキャンプで料理するならもっとマシなものが食べたいです。

この本は、普段まったく料理をしないけど
キャンプに行ってるときだけは、コンロを使ってみたい
という人に向いていると思います。

山行で楽しい料理をしたい人向けというより、山行をしたいがご飯をどうしようか？って人向けの本だと
思います。正直、料理のアイデアは？だなぁって感じなので。

でも、道具の選択の仕方や、視点を変えたクッキング(料理を知らない人なりの工夫?)は参考になるかと。

私はなるべく自然を壊すような調理を山ではしたくないので、排水が出るような料理はしたくないです。
パスタとか、茹で立ては美味しいけど、茹で汁を山に捨てるの？？？

道具にも凝り、自然環境を壊さないレシピを載せててくれたら5にしましたが・・・

シェルパと言うワリには、なんだかカーキャンピングのお父さんメニューみたいな感じです。

水も制限されてて、バーナーを使うにも寒さや風対策をって感じが、全く無いんですよね。

なんだか不思議です。
