私自身、最近ヨガにはまっているのでこの本を購入しました。
ポーズはあまり載っていませんが、国内外を問わず、ヨガをやっている人のインタビューや、グッズは他のヨガ本に比べるとたくさん載っているように思います。
ある程度、ヨガをやっていて『ヨガをもっと知りたい！』という方におすすめします。

本に登場する海外のヨガの実践者たちがかっこよくてオシャレで、雰囲気につられて、よしヨガをやろう！って気になってしまう。ヨガ用のグッズやウェアがのってたり、ヨガ以外にもアーユルヴェーダについての記事があったりで眺めてるだけで楽しいです。

太陽礼拝のポーズみたいな基本的なポーズもいくつかのっていてこれだけでもけっこう使えるので、ヨガとはなんぞや？っていう人がはじめに買う本としてもいいかも。（もちろんそのうち他のポーズ集が欲しくなると思うけど）

今まで、ＤＶＤ付のヨガ本しか欲しくありませんでした。
でも、ヨガを独学ながら毎日取り組むうちに、もっともっとヨガに興味を
持ち、もっと知りたいと思うようになりました。
また、ヨガのポーズをしている時のみなさんが美しい。
いずれ、私もそうなりたいと思う希望と目標となり、それと同時に心身共に
向上していくのがわかりました。
ヨガに携わっている方の生き様やファッション等々。。。
また、掲載されている中もとても色彩がきれいで、みんなイキイキとしています。
この、シンプル・ビューティ・ライフのNo1と2も購入し、暇を見つけては
同じようにポーズをとり、その時の心身の状況に応じたポーズをとったりと
重宝しています。
体で覚えるヨガもありますが、こうして目で見て頭に入れるヨガでさらに
身近に感じられるようになりました。
