「泣ける」というキャッチコピーがあまりに乱発、陳腐な昨今、本当に「泣ける」本に出会いました。

この感動は半端じゃありません。

新聞で映画化が報じられていましたが、個人的には映画になって欲しくないと感じます。

どんな名監督、名役者でも、この原作を超えられるとは思えないからです。

「映画で観ればいいや」と思っている人は、それだけで人生で大きなチャンスを逸することになると思います。

ちなみに、ボクの感想では参考にならないという方は、タレントの井上和香さんのブログを見ていただきたい。

彼女も「心を奪われた」と大絶賛している一冊です。

TVなどでも取り上げられていた話題の短編集です。

オムニバス形式になっていますが、それぞれの物語が
どこかで微妙にリンクしています。
「クワガタと少年」ばかりが取り上げられますが、
この着想と構成は文句なしにすごい！

随所にはっとさせられる言葉がちりばめられています。
私は野球少年の監督の言葉に胸を打たれました。
『誰かの影響を受けて、助けられて人は生きているんだ』

賛否はあれど、私は“傑作”と評価したいです。

IT関連のライターをされていた大村さんが書いた初の小説。
内容については賛否両論あるようだが、純粋に読み物として完成度が高いと思う。
成功哲学関連の一冊として読むと確かに物足りなさはあるものの、人生訓を含む小説として捉えると素晴らしい。
「人生を変える6つの物語」が収められているこの本は、とにかく話が優しい。
読んで救われる話のオンパレード。
そして、登場人物は緩やかに柔らかくつながっていく。

一生懸命がんばっている誰かの行動が、どこかの誰かの幸せにつながっている
こう書いて思い出したが、このテーマはミスチルの「彩り」の歌詞にぴったりだ。
この本を読むときにはミスチルの「彩り」をイメージしながら読むと良いかもしれない。
通勤電車の中で読んで、昼休み中にも開いて続きを読んだ本はそう多くない。
