たかこさんの新しい本。待っていた方もきっと多いのではないでしょうか？
前作・前々作と出版社が違うようですが、雰囲気はかわりません。
月ごとに季節にあったお菓子が紹介されていますが
ノーマルなお菓子というよりは、アレンジされているお菓子が多いように思います。
家にあるもので手軽に作るメニューよりも
季節にあった材料を使ってみよう、というメニューの方が多いかも
。
ハニーヨーグルトのフローズンデザートを作りましたが
さっぱりとしていて美味しかったです。子供も喜んで食べました。
これはもう作る方の好みだと思いますが・・・
手元の置いて愛用するのは、「ほんとうに作りやすい焼き菓子レシピ」の方かな？

稲田さんの本が出ました。
またまた美味しそうなお菓子ばかり。
材料も普通に手に入れられる物で作れるので
構えることなくチャレンジできます。
今回はレモンを使ったレシピが多かったような気がします。
春先に似合いそうなお菓子が沢山です。
