本にしようか、ＤＶＤにしようか迷った末、ＤＶＤのこちらを
購入しました。
ＤＶＤにして正解でした。１分間マッサージの総集編１０分を
ＤＶＤを見ながら出来るので、３日坊主の私でも続いています。

ただ、部分やせの所では、反対側の時間が入っておらず、次へ
行ってしまうのが残念です。
部分痩せの総集編でも、もう「反対側」の時間が静止画像でも
良いから入っていたらいいのに、と思いました。

１０分間のマッサージ（さするだけ）でも、ぽかぽかして、
冬でも汗ばみます。
まだ始めたばかりですが、体が引き締まった感じがします。
これからも続けて、どんな風になるかが楽しみです。
かなりオススメ、です。

リンパマッサージというものにもっと早く出会えていれば!と感じた内容。流れがよくなってるのがすぐにわかります。DVDを見ながらなので、マッサージのコツなどがわかりやすい。手足がスラリと伸びたモデルさんを見ていると、あんな風になりたい!なれる!と自然と暗示がかかります。マッサージ自体もとても簡単で手順を覚えてしまえばDVDを見なくても、好きな音楽やTVを見ながらいつでもどこでも出来ます。ただ、片足をした後に、反対側もしましょう…で次にいってしまうのでイチイチ一旦停止をしなくてはならないので忙しい〜…なので☆4つ。

リンパマッサージの第一人者のDVD。

著書を買って読みましたが、イラストと動画では分かりやすさが全然ちがいます。

リンパマッサージを、むくみや、ダイエット目的にのみやるのではなく、ターミナルの患者さんへのリラクゼーション目的のマッサージにも効果的だと思います。
当然、夫婦や、恋人同士のリラクゼーションにもいいと思います。

そういう意味で、リンパマッサージの使途は広いと思います。
