150ｃｍで73ｋｇあった私。たまたまＴＶで観て始めてみようと思い、この本も購入しました。１日３回計るだけで少しずつ本当に体重が減っていき右下がりのグラフになっていくのが何よりも嬉しい。ガタガタ期右下がり期停滞期と３つのタイプに合った料理も１週間分紹介されてて、なかなか美味しい。また寒天料理も紹介されてる。長くて苦しく＞楽しいダイエットだったけど、９ヶ月で２３ｋｇ痩せました。今もリバウンドすることなく、朝と夜２回体重を計り維持できています。少し太ったかなって思っても痩せるコツも身についてすぐにもとの体重に戻ることができます。これは本当にお勧め！！自然に食欲も押さえられ思ったより食べてないのにすぐに満服になっていきます。私は間食をしたいとも思わなかったぐらいです。リバウンド＆便秘予防のため寒天料理は朝晩毎日食べ続けています。

周りに番組を見て始めてやせた人がいたので、
私もこの本を買って始めましたが、３か月で５kgやせられました！
グラフに書くのが楽しくなるんです！
それを見ていた母が父にも薦めて父も半年で５kgやせています。
血圧も下がったみたいで喜んでます。

本に書いているようにゆっくり確実に落ちるのでダイエットをやめた今も体重は変わりません。
体重を計る習慣が身につき、これはお金もかからないし確実なダイエット法だと思います。
今では周りでこのダイエット法がちょっとしたブームです。
ちなみに知り合いはなんと12kgやせてしまいました！！

さすが！

~１年でリバウンドもストレスもなく、自然と６キロやせました。

健康管理シートはメモ欄も大きく、
体重だけでなく体調そのものを管理する
表としてもすぐれていますので、
リピーターとして再度購入しつづけています。
できればこの表のみの商品化してもらいたいのですが…

ともあれ、計るだけダイエットの本質は
「体重が減りだす喜びで、自然と~~やせる生活を選択するようになる」
というポジティブなところが、なによりも気に入っています。~
