アニメ版サンレッドを骨の髄まで楽しむためのムックとしてはこれ以上ない位の出来です。
劇中の小ネタ解説や充実したキャスト・スタッフインタビュー等読み応えバッチリ。
惜しむらくはヘンゲル将軍役の柴田秀勝氏とタレミミ先輩役の村瀬克輝氏のインタビューが無かったこと。
本作における存在感を考えると、この２人の記事も欲しかった。
そこだけ星マイナスひとつ。

正直、これまでアニメ（→オタクのイメージ→嫌）に興味はまったくありませんでしたが、チャンネルをかえる際に偶然目にしたサンレッドには衝撃を受けました。生活感あふれる怪人たちと、あのセリフの独特の間！笑い転げながら毎回楽しく見ていましたが、そのなかで色んな？？も沸いてきて・・・公式ホームページを見ても分からなかったことが、この本ですっきり解決。さらに自分がうっかり見落としていた仕掛けがあったことを知り、改めてその場面を[ニコニコ動画]で見直してみたり、ファンが知りたい情報満載です。個人的にうれしかったのがアニメに出てくる川崎・溝の口周辺の街並みのモデルとなった実在の地域スポットや店舗がアニメでの登場シーンを交えて詳しく紹介されていること。対決の公園や、アニマルソルジャーがタダ食いしたお寿司屋さんまでモデルがあったなんて（笑）。制作スタッフの方々のインタヴューや座談会記事からはこの１５分間の短いアニメに込められたコダワリと愛情が伝わってきて、ますます第2期が楽しみなのです。

この本、サンレッド！　いや、川崎市民北部住人にとっては無くてはならない本です！
溝の口近辺のコアな情報が満載！
そして、モ―ラされていて！
非常に楽しめる内容になっています♪
値段が少し高いですが、サンレッドの内容を知ってる方には非常に楽しめる本！

内容を知らなくても、料理を少しでもやられる方にはお役立ちの料理レシピも載ってます♪
