フツーの人脈づくりの本は、有り体に言うと「いかに相手に取り入るか」と言うセコイ本が多い。

が、この後藤さんの著書は、そういった他人に取り入るための本ではない。

優秀な人に出会うことで、自分の可能性や能力を高めていく、と言う視点がしっかり書かれている。そうした観点から人脈づくりというものを捉えた希有な本だと思う。
人脈づくりと言うよりも、「成功するための環境づくり」「成功するための自分づくり」と言った方が正確かもしれない。

コネづくりを期待する人ではなく、自分の実力を高めることを目的とする人に是非読んでいただきたい一冊である。

5.0 out of 5 stars 何度でも読み返したくなる内容の濃さ, 2005/3/13
「人脈大改造」とタイトルがつけられているが、
なぜ、大改造したほうがいいのか という話を、
著者独特の「チョロイの伝導」や
「自己イメージの書き換え」といった言葉で、
わかりやすく伝えてくれている。

その語り口ははっきりしていて、
時に胸に刺さるページもある。

「タイコ持ち」に対しての考え方、
「コミュニケート３ヶ条」、
「ステップアップ・スパイラル」、
「紹介」に関しての考え方、等々
今後の自分作り、人脈作りで
認識し直しておくべきところが
とても多く見つかった。

それだけでも、十分な価値。
再読し、モノにしていく。

後悔するのは、やらなかったことだけ ですね。

人脈が大切だとか、出会いは大切だと良く聞きますが、どう大切なのかなかなか見えにくい流れを見えるように書かれています。

自分に落とし込んでいく際に相当な努力が必要な箇所も多いのですが、それだけに落とし込んだ際に血となり肉となると思います。

手元に置いておき、自分のステップアップに役立てていきたい本です。
