　美肌に関して書かれた本で人気のエステティシャンの本を比較してみました。
＊美肌革命：お金をかけずにできる目からウロコ術、分りやすい。
＊本著；エステから生まれた独特のマッサージ、説明など分りやすい。

　立ち読み中に、美点なるものを指圧してみるとかなり気持ちがよく
ごりごりしてたので、私に必要なのはマッサージ！と、この本を選びました。
一週間の実践してみての感想
１、マッサージ後、目の周りや頬のあたりがすっきりする。まぶたがすっきりして、大きくなったように感じる。
２、半身浴中やサウナですると、血行が良くなって汗がびっくりするほど多く出る。
３、首のシワが薄くなった。

マッサージが気持ちよく、とても続けやすいと思いました。

まず体験談のBefore Afterの写真が物凄いことになってます。
これだけでも一見の価値あり。
ニキビが消えてるだけじゃなく、ツートーンは明度があがってるし
シワもたるみもなくなってる・・・！！脅威の効果です。

これだけで購入を決めてしまいましたが、もちろん内容もすばらしい
です。実践的で、書名通り「たったこれだけ！」でつるぴか肌に
なれるプロのコツが盛りだくさんです。
特筆すべきは、手作り乳酸菌パック。簡単にできるのに肌が真っ白、
ぷりぷりになって恐ろしいほど。アトピー気味で荒れていたところも
直ってしまいました。

本当に肌トラブルで困っている人ほど読んで欲しい本です。

この本を読んでの感想・・・・・
おもしろい！！
すらすらと読めてしまいました。
美容の本となると、読んでしまってそれで終わりだったのが
今までの私だったんですが、本を読んですぐ実践してみました。
決して難しくなく、わかりやすい。
これなら続けられそうです。
値段もとても良心的。
コレ、買いです＾＾
