近い将来、カフェを開こうと考えているので
何冊か買っています。
その中でも、この「はじめてのカフェ・・・」は、
とても参考になりました。

既にオープンしているカフェの店主のお話や
オープン前からオープンしてからの
やらなくてはいけないことがまとめてあり
見やすかったです。

チェーン店のコーヒーショップは日常的に使うのにとても手軽で便利ですが、やっぱり個性はカフェも欲しい。個性的であり、雰囲気もあり、落ち着いたり楽しめたりするカフェ。そんなカフェを作るのは難しいことなのでしょうか。

そんな悩める方への秘策が紹介されてます。
