3.0 out of 5 stars 「最強」が乱立する中ではやや苦戦？, 2005/3/1
あらためてタイトルを見ると、｢時間活用術｣が｢勉強法｣の先に来ているので、たぶん時間活用術の方に自信があるのだろうと推測されます。
　でも読んでみると、｢最強｣と言うほどのノウハウでないのが残念です。
早起きの勧め、トイレや通勤電車の中などの時間を活用、ランチタイムも無駄にしないなど、たいていの時間活用術にも書かれている内容です。結局　みんなほとんど同じことをやってるんだ、そう確信する本です。
　勉強法については資格別に少しポイントが書かれているので参考にするといいでしょう。
　社会人になってからの勉強は、自分の興味があるもの、そして目的と目標がリンクしているものなので、学生時代の｢やらされ勉強」と異なり、結構楽しいはずだという主張は納得できます。
　時間活用について初めて本を読むという方にはお勧めです。すでに数冊読んでいるという方にはあまりお勧めできません。
