フランス料理（ビストロ風）の本を探していて見つけました。
レビューがよく本屋さんで中身を見てから買おうと思って
近所を何軒かまわりましたがマイナーな本らしく見つけられませんでした。

でも1000円って最近の料理本にしてはかなり安いし、レビューもいいし、
まあいいか。と他の本を買う予定もあったので抱き合わせで購入。
1000円は安い！が本を開いてすぐの感想です。

レシピ数　３４個
オールカラー
です。

全部つくっていませんが私がつくったうちおすすめなのは
鶏の田舎クリーム煮（ぶどうを入れるのがユニーク）
黒酢風味の豚の角煮
は簡単なのにとってもおいしかったです。特に鶏のビネガー煮はこんなに簡単で時間もかからないのに手間隙かけてつくった、レストランで出される味に！
これはうちの定番になりそうです。

他にも
鶏のマーマレード煮
ブイヤベース（簡単バージョン）
プチトマトのコンポート

など作ってみたいと思わせるものがたくさん。
これから夏なのでおなべで煮込みというものは減りますが夏以外は相当役に立ちそうです。

フランス料理！というカテゴリーの本ではありませんでしたがおもてなし料理も含め日々のレシピ本としては優秀。

様々な鍋料理が充実していて、見ているだけも楽しく、作りたくなっちゃいます。
他のレシピ本よりも盛り付けがとってもオシャレで参考になります。
いっぱい作りすぎたときのアレンジも充実しているので、料理初心者の私には嬉しい☆
このレシピで作ったビーフストロガノフは簡単なのに、とっても美味しく出来ました。

３０年近くも主婦をしていると毎日の献立を考えるだけで疲れてしまいます。既存の『鍋』がテーマの料理本は、水炊き、寄せ鍋等のいつもの定番ものばかり。タイトルと表紙の写真に惹かれ購入し、さっそくトライした【豚肉とじゃが芋のグラタン】と【スペアリブの黒ビール煮】は仏人とのハーフ、１２歳の息子とふたりの同級生にも大受けで『おいしい、おいしい』を連呼されました。季節はずれでも【プチトマトのコンポート】は、人生半世紀にして初めて味わうおしゃれなデザートの完成。
息子から次回リクエストされているのは、牛の薄切り肉をよそいき風に巻いたビーフストロガノフです。
レシピ内容も簡潔で多少、素材の変更や量の調整をしても十分美味しい新鍋料理が出来上がり！また、掲載の写真は見せるための物ではなく、主婦の私が作っても本誌に負けない？出来上がりも嬉しい。
寒い季節はこの一冊で乗り切ろうと企む、手抜きの母親です。
