ウー ウェンさんの「大好きな炒めもの」を買って以来ハマってしまいました。二冊目にこの本を購入。

北京の家庭料理そのままという感じの手軽な料理が一通り載っています。
料理の本を一冊だけ選び、そこに載っている料理だけで一年過ごしなさい、などともし言われたとしたら(言われませんが)この本を選びます。言われなくても去年の1/3くらいはこの本のレシピを食べました。
手軽でおいしい。自分で作って食べるのにもかかわらず、意外な味に仕上がるのも楽しい。私のような若い独身男でもハマります。

中国の食い道楽の歴史の長さも感じます。調理器具は中華なべと包丁と蒸籠くらいしか使わないのに、調理法はさまざま。もちろん味も。
中華なべとこの本を買って、今日から料理を始めるのもいいかもしれません。

~主人は北京の大学に通っていたことがあるので中国の家庭料理を作ってあげたいな、と思い立ち、購入してみました。

大旨分量通り作れば、料理のあまり得意でない私にも美味しい料理が簡単に作る事ができて感激！使う調味料はすべてどこのスーパーでも揃うものばかりなのに、和食や日本の中華料理屋さんにはない深い味ができて、作るのも食べるのも楽しく満~~足しています。

本を購入したことは内緒にしてありますが、主人は毎回「これこれ、これはね、北京でよくみんなが作って食べてる味なんだよっ！」と大はしゃぎしてくれるのもウレシイ。~

中華料理は難しい手の込んだものと思っていましたが、この本のおかずはほんとうに簡単で単純でとってもおいしい。それでいて中国本場の人たちが日常食べているおかずと思います。この本１冊で中国家庭にホームステイした気分のおかずができます。
