季節ごとにちょっと使える小業が満載。
衣食住、育児、おつきあいなどの知恵袋的１冊です。
キッチンの片隅においていくもよし
眠る前にぱらぱらめくるもよし。
暮らすことってなかなか楽しいものだって
再認識できると思います。
私は２も買いました。
イラストもレトロでなかなかかわいいです。
新米主婦にも、ベテランさんにもおすすめです。

ちょっと心が疲れたとき、なんとなく癒されたいときに私はこの本を手に取る。ひとつひとつのエピソードが、ほんの数行だから、ちょっとした待ち時間にも邪魔が入ることをビクビクすることなく気軽に読めるのも大きな魅力。なんとなく、時代の流れや、昭和の古き良き日本女性、良妻賢母なんていう言葉とその意味をしみじみと味わいつつも、現代でも十分通じるちょっとした「裏ワザ」的な役立つ情報のエッセンス。上品な語り口も、乱れきった日本語に麻痺してる心をお洗濯してくれるようだ。やっぱり日本語って綺麗だ・・・と思う。時代がどんどん流れていっても、ダサいなんて言わずに、いつまでもこの本が次の世代にも受け継がれていって欲しい。

穏やかで暖かい感じのする本です。ハウツー本でもありますが、実用一点張りではありません。このあたりの雰囲気作りは、暮らしの手帖が最も得意とする部分でしょう。冬の夕方や夜のすごし方など、独特の挿絵が雰囲気を盛り上げ、臨場感すら感じます。夜眠る前に安らかな気分になるよう読んでもいいと思います。
