5.0 out of 5 stars ゲルト・タイセンの切れ味鋭い新約聖書概説, 2004/10/20
これは現在のドイツ新約学界を代表する学者ゲルト・タイセンによる新約聖書概説です。タイセンは、ブルトマン以来の様式論研究と一線を画し、社会学的な視角から初期キリスト教史を検討している学者です。彼の仕事はアメリカでも高く評価されており、その著作のほとんどが英訳されています。

一般読者を想定してあるこの著作においても、彼の真価は遺憾なく発揮されています。企画の都合上、突っ込んだ説明こそ省略されていますが、彼独自の見解がダイナミックに展開され、タイセンの研究を知らない読者は、そのラディカルさ、その切れ味の鋭い議論に驚いてしまうかもしれません。

価格も低く設定されてありますし、大貫氏の日本語訳も自然です。日本人研究者の書く概説に満足できない方、ぜひこのタイセンの概説を読んでみてください。

権威も、いよいよ地に落ちつつある?
粗雑過ぎて、話になりません。
まぁ、この本だけで判断しては、決していけませんが。
なにしろ、新約学のフロンティアを
いい意味でも悪い意味でも、
なお行っている人なので、
押さえておきましょう。
ただ、別の著作でね。

大貫氏の訳は
良いとは思うのですけれど、
たいへん多作の大貫氏、
この程度の本を訳している時間があるのか疑問。
