「ありがトン」それはみんながハッピーになれちゃう魔法の言葉です。
作者のさわとんの様々な体験をもとにつくられた４コマ漫画がとってもコミカルで
読んでいてあたたかい気持ちにさせてくれます。
でも内容はとっても深い「うつ」のお話。「うつ」を知らない方も知らず知らずのうちに
なんとなくだけど理解できてしまう不思議な本です。

全ての人々がお互いに感謝しあう「ありがトン」がちょこっとんづつ広がっていって
うつ円満社会になっていくといいなって思いました。
是非、読んでみてください。

最初は絵本みたいな本だから、どこまでビビビとくるかな？と正直疑ってました。ごめんなさい。しかし一気に読んでびっくりしました。たくさんの気づきをもらえたから。さわとんの人生が小さいころからずっと書いてあるのですが、うつは僕にもなる可能性がある、とっても身近なものだとわかりました。僕も小学生のときとかさわとんと同じように周りに合わせたりしていたし・・・。仕事でも他人に負けないという気持ちでがむしゃらにやっていたし。けどそれを乗り越えていった過程で、すべて受け入れようになったり、人に感謝をするようになったりと、すごく本質的な人生の幸せを勉強することができました。すばらしい本を世にだしてくれてありがトン！

さわとんの人生での等身大の経験を、４コママンガと一緒に１冊の本にして
だれでも手にとって読めるようになっています。

すごく読みやすく、絵もかわいいので、子供から大人までどんな人にも
オススメできます。

うつや、人生で悩んでいる人は、さわとんのあったかさに触れてみて、
自分にやさしく、人にもやさしくなれるように、この本を読んでみてくださいね。
