アメリカ人の億万長者にアンケートをとった
「となりの億万長者(早川書房)」
日本の億万長者にアンケートをとった
「普通の人がこうして億万長者になった(講談社)」
そして今回、韓国の億万長者にアンケートをとった本が出版された。

どこの国でも共通している話だなぁ、と思ったのは
億万長者になるということが
｢奇跡の連続｣でも

｢ドラマのようなサクセスストーリー」でもなく
地味にコツコツと、
｢単純でつまらない｣ことを積み重ねていった結果でしかないということ。
それと、質素な生活を心がけること。
「勤勉･正直･感謝」の精神。

個人的には、読みやすく、楽しませてもらったので星４つ。
｢すごい習慣｣は大げさだが、なるほどと思えること数多し。

ただ、人によって評価が極端に分かれそうな予感がする。

韓国人のお金持ち100人に聞きました。って本。
どこの国でもお金持ちの思考はそれほど変わらないような気がする。

心のそこから「金持ちになりたい！」あるいは「なる！」と決めない限り普通は金持ちにはなれないようだ。
やっぱり、基本的に金持ちはケチなのだ。
ほんのわずかなプライスの違いに敏感なのだ。

「一般の人々はお金を使うことを楽しむが、金持ちはお金を貯めることを楽しむ(p45)」
そして、韓国ではやはり不動産投資が主流のようだ。
銀行に預けておくよりは圧倒的に不動産に投資することを選択しているようだ。

この本から学んだことは、あまりも当たり前なことだけど。
「入ってくる以上に使わなければお金は貯まる」

金持ちはこの原則を確実に守っている。
そして、少ないチャンスを見極める努力を惜しまないということ。

韓国のベストセラーの翻訳版。
派手さは感じられなくいたって質素、そう、お金持ちたちの生活のように。
高学歴があくまでお金持ちなれるわけではないというのは商売か不動産等の投資によって財産を築いた方が多いからである。
一線でも長く保持するなどは、当たり前ですが再度納得。勤勉は早起きも当たり前。
中でも駈けずり回るというくだりが面白かった、お金の流れを見極め嗅覚を養うにはいろいろなところをみて足でまわることが大切だというようなことが書かれており勉強になりました。
５つの項目の優先順位をたずねたところ安定という答えが最も多かったというのが意外な発見であり、しかし納得しました。何事も波がありますから、そのなかで継続させていくためには安定していることが大前提といえるでしょう。
家族の健康のくだりもなんとなく見過ごしがちですが言われてあらためて納得。
習慣というよりは考え方のほうが多かったようなのでマイナス１ですがとても読みやすかったです。
