第1作目「戦わない経営」に引き続き、「幸せは分け放題」というテーマが根底に流れる第2作です。

本著では、「仕事はこんなに自分たちを助けてくれているんだよ」という浜口さんの思いが随所にちりばめられていて、どれだけ自分が仕事を曲解していたかを感じました。恥ずかしい反面、勇気づけられました。

あとがきにあるように、自分を成長させる「種」を見つけたように思います。芽が出てくれればハッピーですね。

是非、素直に「仕事」を見つめなおしながら本著に接してください。納得できる、腑に落ちる点が、いくつも見つかるでしょう。

文章の量としては少ないので、あまりにあっさり読了してしまいましたが、すぐにじっくり読み直しました。そうせずにはいられなくなる、味わい深い本でした。

凄くシンプルで分かりやすいメッセージの奥に、

非常に深い読者への愛を感じました。

考えて読むというよりも、感じる本って感じです。

感性にビンビン響いてきて、読んだあとに温かい気持ちと、

ワクワクする気持ちが沸いてきました。

是非みなさんにも読んでもらいたいです♪

僕はさっそく友人にこの本をプレゼントしちゃました☆

そのくらい素晴らしい本です☆

来年から社会人なので、『戦わない経営』に続き、この本を購入しました。
浜口さんの仕事に対する姿勢や生き方を見ていると、こんなに仕事って楽しいものなのかなーってちょくちょく幻想を抱いてしまいますが、現実はどうなんでしょうか。
実際に働き始める来年からが楽しみです。
ですが、夢を持って毎日働くのと、愚痴を言いながら働く毎日では、人生雲泥の差がありそうです。
社会人になる前の心構えとして、この本を読めたことに感謝します。
自分的には、どっちかというと、だらだらした学生生活だったため、「遊びを仕事にできる人より仕事を遊びにできる人」の文章に勇気づけられました。
