以前から気になっていた本書を見つけ
「自分の感受性くらい」をさっと見てみた．
ほんの一瞬．
筆者の精神が鋭く迫って，一気に感情を揺さぶられた．
あまりにふいの出来事だったので，涙がこぼれそうになり
感情の波を止めるように，すぐに本を閉じた．

この詩集は愛と呼んでいいもので満ち溢れている．
そうでなければ，「ばかものよ」と言われて
母親に包み込まれた気持ちになり，涙が出るはずが無い．

自己批判の精神を忘れかけた今の時代だからこそ，読み継がれていくべき本だと思う．

怪我をして入院、仕事をやめようかどうか自分で決められないほど落ち込んでいたときに会社の先輩に紹介してもらったのが茨木のり子著「自分の感受性くらい」でした

「ぱさぱさに乾いてゆく心をひとのせいにするな・・・」などなど

出来なかったことを何かのせいにすることはありがち。

人は色んなあたりまえを忘れてしまって、感性を粗末にしてはいないということを作者のまっすぐな言葉で投げかけてきます

落ち込んでいるときにこそ触れてみるべきだと思う一冊です

　時代はひどいことになっている、という。いや、いつの時代でも、為政者やマスコミ等は、人の感受性を攻撃してきた。
　けれども、人は、生きていかねばならない。そして、生きていくなら、感受性だけは、強く、しなやかに。
　やむことのない、執拗でいやらしい、感受性に対する攻撃。感受性の曇った人たちが増えた方が都合が良い、という人が、たくさんいるからでしょう。
　短い詩だが、座右に置きたい。
