5.0 out of 5 stars 袴田めら先生が描く百合の万華鏡, 2009/7/18
百合マスター(！)袴田めら先生の実に十三冊目の単行本は、ますます絶好調です。

表題作は、表紙の女の子三人組による三角関係を描いた中篇で、ドロドロになる一歩手前で切なさが前面に出てくるところや、意外な結末による爽やか＆ほのぼのな後味が、とてもすばらしいですよ(書き下ろしでの、好きになったらまっしぐらな月子がラブリーです)
それ以外の作品でも、不器用な残酷さがあったり、ちょっとおバカっぽかったり、ファンタジーだったり、寸止めエロース(笑)だったり、と、さまざまな女の子同士の関係が描かれていて、本当に袴田先生の引き出しの多さと発想力には感心させられますね。

常時、多くの百合作品を執筆されている袴田めら先生ですが、袴田作品の魅力として「女の子同士のセックス」描写を様々な葛藤を交えながら描いている点です。以前にも書き込みましたが、この点と暴力、恋人との関係、告白などが絡み合いそれに袴田先生の絵が絡み合ったときに、袴田作品の魅力が更に高まるのだと言えます。ラブラブで結ばれる作品も好きですが、狂おしいほどに恋人を愛し、または想い、セックスまでに発展する展開も私自身、袴田作品に魅かれている大きな点です。

買いの一冊です。

表題の短編連絡4話+αに、短編集のオムニバス。

まずは短編集だが、小説に例えればショートショートに近いページ数のものだが、それぞれ個
性があり、ホッとするものやかわいくほほえましいもの、ダークな余韻とその後を想像させる
ものなど、多種多様でおもしろい。
ただ、こうした短編集は好みもあるので、一概にすばらしいとは言い切れない。
百合好きならいいが、そうでない方にはいかがなものか。

次に表題の短編連作。
はっきり言って、展開、構成ともに今ひとつ。
各話、表紙の3人の一人称で語られるが、4話では総じて構成不足の感が否めない。
3人という設定ならば、6話としてひとり2話ずつ、6話として構成するならばもっと構成、展開
ともに充実したものになると思われる。

ただ、展開等稚拙な部分がありながら、各キャラの心情表現は充実している。
構成不足を補うには足りないものの、それらから種々の事後等を想像し、楽しむには足りる。

とは言うものの、総じて見る場合、連作の甘さ、オムニバスのよさを鑑みて☆は3つがせいぜ
いであろう。
もっとも、私はこの作家の作品はこれが初めてなので、評価はこれのみではない。
他の短編集等があれば、変わるかもしれない。

ただ、百合好きでなければこの本を買う価値は少ないと言えるので、そのあたりは注意すべき
であろう。
