これまでにいろいろな雑誌などで掲載されたギャラリーがすべてのっています。
キャラ紹介は「デザインコンセプト」などと一緒に詳しく紹介されています。
ストーリー紹介は智代編以外の全話分、場面ごとに石原監督の一言コメントとともに紹介されていています。そのほかは美術設定、クラナド新聞、幻想世界のセリフ、インタビューがのってます。インタビューを受けているのは監督の石原立也さん、シリーズ構成・脚本の志茂文彦さん、キャラデザイン・総作画監督の池田和美さん、各キャラを演じた声優さんたちです。
声優さんインタビューは渚役の中原麻衣さんと風子役の野中藍さんが対談形式でのってます。
そのほかの方はアンケート形式です。最後にグッズインフォメーションが少し載っていて終わりです。（総ページ143）全体的によくできたファンブックだと思います。クラナドが好きなら買って後悔することはないと思います。しかし個人的には値も安くないわけですしもう少しインタビューを長くしてほしかったです。（インタビューは全部で14ページ）

昨年末から今年初め（2007〜2008）にかけてＴＶで放映された「ＣＬＡＮＮＡＤ」のビジュアル本が発売された。
これまでの同作品のストーリーをはじめ、様々なポスターや雑誌等に掲載されたイラストも紹介されている。
愚生はイラストを描いたりするので、これはとても参考になる。また、古河渚役の中原麻衣や伊吹風子役の野中藍のインタビューもあって、楽しく読む事が出来る。
今年の秋にはいよいよ続編たる「ＣＬＡＮＮＡＤ　ＡＦＴＥＲ　ＳＴＯＲＹ」が始まるが、そちらも楽しみである。そのビジュアルファンブックも発売されるだろうが、こちらの値段がやや高い事を考慮すると、もう少し安くしても良さそうなものだ。せめて1,000円代（2,000円まで）にはして欲しい。

なかなか後から見返すことの出来ない、一過的なポスターや雑誌記事など、
ファンにとって非常にオイシイ内容になっているので、好きな方は必携でしょう。
表紙もかわいいし、印刷の色も綺麗。
もう少し分厚かったら尚良しですが、値段も手ごろなので大変満足です。
