XIアンソロシリーズでシリアスからほんわか、４コマまでこなしすでに常連と
言える作家さんの遅すぎるくらいのXI初単行本。今回収録されたエピソードは
描き下ろし1編含む29編、240ページにのぼる大ボリューム。
シリアス4:ほんわか6位の比率で収録されてます。
こうしてまとまったものを見ると予想以上にシリアス分が多いです。こちらに
絞って見るとフォモルの悲しい過去を描いた「追憶の切れ片」が出色。短編で
定番なお話かもしれませんが思わず胸がちくりと痛む一編。
フォモル倒しづらくなるな・・。
ほんわかでは女史の定番となりつつあるタァコ達の物語や甘い物ばかり食べてる
タルナとエルのまったり紀行他収録。特に後者がお気に入りで「ゴブリンコイン」に
感化されてスーパーに出向くとコインクッキーを買うように(笑)
カバーを外した中の2ページも見逃せません。「わぁい」がなんかツボです。

惜しいと感じるのは初出順に収録されている構成をキャラクター毎のくくりに
まとめて順番を変えて収録したほうが良かったのではないかという事。
個人作品集全般に言える事として初出時の巻末の筆者コメントも併せて収録
してくれると嬉しいなぁ。この方の描くモーグリはやたら可愛いので。
それと「キャラさん」のエピソードや4コマは一切未収録。個人的に好きな、
ザイドの剣をポイポイ投げ捨てるオカッパタルタルの話も入ってないのが
とても残念。これは第2集発売のフラグと信じたい('･ω･`)
総じて素敵エピソード満載のHQアンソロジーコミック。オススメです。
