3.0 out of 5 stars これから始まるという感じ, 2009/1/21
始めから「１」と番号が付けられ、当初からシリーズ化を見越した作品にありがちなスローペースである。主人公【向坂恵】視点の文章に浮ついた修飾過多なところがあってスムーズな読みを阻害されるが、内容的にはまずまず悪くない。サブタイトルのように、まさに恋が始まったばかりである。

金魚の土地神【水穂さま】のキャラ設定は良い。齢を重ねた神様が現代の俗世間に順応、しかも偏って順応する様は読んでいて面白い。これを活躍のネタにどんどん盛り込んでほしい。学校を統合して起こりえる騒動を題材にしたことも好材料。学校行事に恋を絡めての話の膨らませは尽きないと思う。そして、水穂さまの企みが思わぬ展開を巻き起こし、単なる恋物語、単なる三角関係ではない複雑な相関を生み出しそうである。男とも女ともつかない存在に男と女の両方から好意を寄せられるオモシロ展開と、主人公以外の人物に付いている幼馴染みと主人公との恋模様というユニークな流れがこれから複雑に絡み合い、さらにドタバタしそうな予感である。上手く化ければ星４つでも５つでも獲得できそうな気配は充分に感じる作品なので今後に期待したい。そして、個人的には冷徹生徒会長【葛城まどか】を応援したい。こういうキャラ好き。

余談だが女流作家らしい視点での表現が散見され、男では知り得ないことも書かれている……そうかぁ、ポニーテールって頭重たくなるのかぁ。
