自他の命が軽視されがちな現代において、写真の猫を見据えて
中川氏の言葉（語り）を親子で考え、命とは何かを話し合い
そして、優しさとは、生きるとは何かを再認識させられました
つまらない専門家の万の言葉より中川氏の切り抜いた
野良猫の生き様の方が心に響きます
ぜひ、親子で、先生と生徒で見て頂きたいと思います

娘と一緒に読みました。
涙を流しながら一生懸命読んでいる娘。
命の大切さ、優しく生きる大切さを学んだようです。
親子で読んでほしい、親子で読んでいく大切な1冊になりました。

すばらしい本です。猫好きな人だけでなく、すべての人に読んでもらいたいなあと思います。写真だけでなく、詩がすばらしくて涙があふれます。
私は野良猫にゴハンをあげていますが、周囲の視線が冷たいため、夜中にこっそりあげています。これ以上不幸な命が増えないように、避妊手術もしています。
この世の中は、弱者に手をさしのべることはなく、無視するでもなく、排除しようとする。食べ物や安心していられる場所を求め、ただ生きていたい。人間だって同じなのに。
この優しさにあふれた本がみんなに伝わりますように。作者の中川さんの詩の心が広まれば、いつかは子供や動物だけでなく、世界中の飢餓や戦争で苦しんでいる人たちも救われるような気がします。
大切な人へのプレゼントにもいいですね。
