DSクロノトリガー版アルティマニア。
まさにアルティマニアの名に恥じぬ出来栄え。
６００ページにもわたる大ボリュームには所狭しと情報が書き込まれている。
かつて発行されたSFC版の完全攻略本でも３００ページ程度だった。
そこまでこのゲームを追求した執筆陣の熱意は勿論だが、
クロノトリガー自体が現代のゲームに負けないほどの
懐の深さをもっていたこともうかがい知れる。

単純な攻略だけであれば、無駄なことが書かれていない
CHRONO TRIGGER PERFECT BIBLEのほうが
わかりやすく、理路整然としているのだが、
アルティマニアならばDS版追加要素の攻略はもちろん、
細かいデータベースや普通にプレイしては気付かないようなやりこみ、
おまけ的な要素やインタビュー収録などが付加されており、
やはりアルティマニアを買った方が買い得感はある。

DS版で初めて挑戦したユーザはもちろん、
SFC版からやりこんでいるユーザにも、
永久保存版としてぜひ手に取ってもらいたい。

トリガーのアルティマニアが作りたかったと言う巻頭の挨拶！
そして巻末部分の”シークレット”の項目がやはり本編ｗｗｗｗｗｗ
加藤正人氏のメールインタビューのツンデレ具合や（ラジカルドリーマー期待してます…!）
アーリー90'sのにおいのする未公開設定画も嬉しいし
光田氏インタビューも嬉しい！
でもトリビアとかキャラクター解析はもうちょっと欲しかったかも…！

しかしとても満足しましたｗｗｗｗ
おなかいっぱい！

私はＤＳ版はまだ未プレイですが、スーファミやＰＳでよくプレイしてましたので、購入しました。特に攻略チャート、必殺技データ、マップは勿論の事、色仕掛けのデータ・お勧めシークレットデータ、マルチＥＤデータ、そしてシナリオにおいてキャラの思いが書かれてあるのが一番良かったです。（特に魔法大陸が崩壊したあとの魔王の解説やサイラスの墓のイベントのカエルの解説は正直感動した。）

ＤＳプレイの方は勿論の事、ファンでもこれは未来永劫保存しときたい一品です！！
