良くも悪くも本当にそのまま。
絵も話も台詞もカメラアングルも驚く程アニメに忠実。
中味が全く同じだったので、わざわざ漫画にしたのは何故なんだろう…と感じてしまいました。
フィルムコミックスを読んでいる様で味気無いと言うか、少し物足りなかった。
個人的には、こう言うアニメ→コミカライズはイメージが崩れ易いので苦手なんですが、これは絵も違和感が無く美しかったので勿体無かった…。
折角アニメとは違う表現方法の作品にするのなら、こんなにそっくりにするよりは、アニメはアニメ・漫画なら漫画でもう少しオリジナリティのある話に変えてしまっても良かったのでは?
内容的には星2つなんですが、絵が綺麗だったので取りあえず星3つで…。
巻末にオマケ4コマが付いています。

自分は、アニメとの差違や類似点を列挙できるほどのファンではありませんが、
確かに、記憶にあるシーンと、違わぬ印象を受けるコミカライズでした。
大変美しい作品だと思います。

CG加工もとても上手に取り入れられており、
描き込みのクオリティは、1巻から全然落ちてはいません。
これだけの密度の作品を連載するのも大変だったと思います。
でも、裏を返すと、
物語の始まりのシーンと、クライマックスシーンとの差別化が為されていない気がしました。
作画では、解放された剣が背景と混じってしまっていた(正確には背景のように見えた)のが、少し気になります。

オマケ四コマが大変可愛く、面白かったので、
オリジナリティを出すチャンスが無く、この巻で完結してしまったのが大変残念です。
確かに、アニメが好きな方向けのコミックかも知れませんね。

ストーリーは相変わらずそのままですが････。
今回は動きの雰囲気がよかったような気がします。

水江様が狂乱に陥ってからの行動、表情。
障子を開けたときの　猫の集団の不気味さは漫画が勝ったかも？
ちょっとゾクっとするシーンでした。

その際の妖しい笑い顔？の薬売りさんがさりげに含まれていて、
「真と理」への真実を探す一歩を表現しているようなそんな気もします。

加世ちゃんのたくましさがあまり表現されていないのは残念でした。
ヒロインさながら、すごい女性だと思ってますので。

著者の蜷川ヤエコさんは「モノノ怪ファン」（私がそうです）に
期待されている分、とても大変だとは思います。

静の世界で動を書くのは難しそうですし。
着物衣装ですので余計に幅も狭められそう。
（着物着ていたら機敏に動けないものですしね）

それでもがんばって続けて欲しいと思います。美しさ表現はNO１だと思いますので・・・。

もちろんオリジナルにも期待しつつ☆４つ！

と、思ったら終了しているようで･･･。残念。
だったらタイトルは怪・もしくは化猫でよかったのでは（モノノ怪シリーズになってないですね）
