展開としてはシャーロットと雨苗雪音の真実が明かされ最終決戦へという流れ。
9年前の真実はいままでの話から予想通りで意外性はないですが破綻しているわけではないのでよかったと思います。
少し強引なとこもありますが城平さんらしいといえばらしいので個人的にはOK。今まで買ってるなら楽しめると思います。
浅月はかっこよすぎる…

ミステリーとしての完成度についてはよくわからないので触れませんが、
概ね楽しく読ませて頂きました。
しかし、終わってみれば全て清隆の計算通りは少々引っかかりました。
作中人物はみんな一生懸命自分達で考えて自分達のできることを必死でしていたのに、何もかも仕組まれていたことでしたは流石にがっかりです。

スパイラルシリーズの序章として見れば良いのかもしれませんが、スパイラル・アライヴという一作品のラストにしてはすっきりするオチが無かったことが残念です。
折角トリックスタートして登場させた伊万里なのだから、彼女の行動だけは清隆の予想外とした方が良かったのではないでしょうか。
それでもストーリーに支障はありませんし。
何もかもが清隆の想像通りに進み、終わった。後日談もお見通し。な演出で伊万里のキャラの魅力が薄れてしまっています。

まあ一つの物語としては釈然としませんが、上でも言ったようにスパイラルシリーズの序章としては素敵な作品だと思います。

本作からハマり、こちらを購入。
…伊万里の馬鹿さ加減がギャグなのだろうが私的には余り好きにはなれなかった。
近くで事件があっても自分の恋優先かよ。この刊で一応色々仲良くなったキャラが死んでも、「美しく死んで悲劇のヒロイン気取りか(暈し)!」なんて意味不明な切れ方するし。
余り出番が無かった伊万里だったが、だからこそ出てくる度に苛々。
内容は相変わらずひねくれた結果。
純粋に推理モノを読みたい人向けではない。
