最初はあまり好きな感じの絵じゃなかったので
購入を見送っていたのですが
実際に読んでみたらとてもよかったです。
着物魅音がとてもかっこよく、悟史に似た「彼」も可愛いですね。
絵の好みは分かれると思いますが、とても奇麗な絵だと思います。
お話もオリジナル展開だけに先が読めず、どうなるのかと
今から2巻が待ち遠しいです。
お話の最大の焦点は、彼女は本当に「魅音」なのか？
というところだと思うのですが…さてはて。

絵が下手というコメントがあるようですが、この宵越し編の萌要素を一切省いたミステリアスな内容とすごくマッチしていてよかったと思います。
ていうか、結構絵が上手だと思うのですが･･･

たしかに萌え系の絵じゃないし線が太めでアクの強い絵だと思うけど
「宵越し編」は全体的に暗いムードが漂っていて、この絵が雰囲気を作るのにも一役買っているしあっているとも思います。
ひぐらしは同人ゲームから出てきた作品だし読者層からすればこの絵が駄目、合わないって人も多いのもわかるんですが・・・

内容は原作にはないコミック版のオリジナルストーリーで竜騎士07さんの書き下ろし
舞台は昭和58年ではなく平成18年の現代です。
外伝ってあまり期待していなかったのですがストーリーがとてもおもしろいです。
ミステリー要素が強くいろんな場面で謎や伏線がちりばめられているので「宵越し編」完結までにも推理が楽しめそうです。
