あくまでもおさらい用の本であり、攻略本として購入するのは止めた方が良いでしょう。
前作やcomをクリアし、２をプレイしようかどうか考えている方におすすめします。
私の場合、２をクリアしてから購入しましたが、それでも十分に楽しめるはずです。
ただ、２に関する謎の答え（リクの黒コート着用理由等）をほのめかすような記述は、鵜呑みにしない方が良いかと思われます。
それでも、値段も手ごろですし、懐かしい気分にさせてくれるので、星４つとさせていただきます。

キングダムハーツのファンブック・資料集です。
そして、謎に満ちたキングダムハーツと
キングダムハーツチェインオブメモリーズの
オープニング・エンディングも細かく写真入で
解説されているので、ゲームをしただけでは
理解できない面もカバーしてくれていてバッチリです。
キングダムハーツ２へスムーズに入っていけると
思います。

キングダムハーツとキングダムハーツチェインオブメモリーズの
物語のおさらいも載っているので、復習にもなります。
この２作を未プレイのかたも、キングダムハーツ２を
プレイする上での道標となりうるでしょう。

今までのキャラクター・新キャラクターの解説も
載っていて、助かります。

よくまとまっていて読んでいて面白いです。

ファンにはたまらない本ですね。

この本は『キングダムハーツ（FM含む）』と『キングダムハーツCOM』の復習、そして『キングダムハーツ2』の予習のための本と考えるべきです。

まず前2作のあらすじ、そして残された謎などについて書かれています。基本的にはゲーム中のことしか書かれていないのですが、ゲームではわかりにくかったことも詳しく書かれているため、前2作をプレイ済みの人でも十分楽しめる内容となってます。一応、攻略も載ってますが、出来ればそれぞれのアルティマニアを見たほうが良いと思います。
そして2に関しては当然ながらそれほどたいしたことは載ってませんが、登場キャラ（敵含む）などは結構載っていますので予習には最適かと。

PS2版のキングダムハーツはプレイしたけれど、GBAのCOMはプレイしてない、そんな人は結構多いと思いますので2をプレイする前にぜひ読んで頂きたい一冊。これを読めばCOMはプレイしていなくてもまったく問題はありません。
2作ともプレイ済みの人はあえて読む必要はありませんが、より深く理解するために読んでみても損はしないと思います。
