正統派ギャグ漫画、かと思えば鼻の奥がツンとするような切ないシーンがあったり、かと思えば、やっぱりおもろいギャグの波状攻撃が襲ってきたり。
喜劇でよく言われる「笑いとペーソス」とはちょいと違う、「ギャグと胸キュンの共存」とでも言ったものが、この作品にはあると思います。
ギャグと思って油断してると、胸キュンにヤラれます。胸キュンを期待してると、笑いで裏切られます。この作品を読む際は、不意打ちのワン・ツー・パンチにご注意下さい。

親父狩りにあった青年リク（リクルート）が助けてもらったのは河川敷に住む少女ニノ（2-3）。
恩は貰ったら返さないと気が済まない体質のリクは、ニノに「何でもしてやるから恩を返させろ！」と強要する。
そこでニノが返した返事は「恋をさせてくれないか？」だった。
荒川河川敷を舞台にしたボンボン青年と電波少女の恋の行方やいかに！

基本的に「それはない！」系の突っ込みギャグ。
３秒前までギャグだったのに、読み終わると何か良い話だったような気がするから不思議。起きる笑いも爆笑ではなく驚愕系。好きな人が読むと本当に面白いと思うけど、逆になんだこれ？と思う人も居ると思う。

ニノさんの有り得ない電波っぷりに最初は萎えていたリクが、段々ほだされていく様が見ていて楽しい。同じく河川敷に住む他の有り得ない人々も楽しい（星とか河童とかブラザーなシスターとか）。
今後気になるのは、ニノさんは本当に金星人なのかってことだ。

最後に付いてるオマケカラー漫画がスゲ綺麗なのが驚いた。

河川敷のホームレスさん達が巻き起こす、ドタバタギャグ…かな？
この作品の特徴は、決して笑いだけで終わらない所だ。
言うなれば吉本新喜劇のような(あそこまで王道ではないけれど)、シリアスな場面や恋愛、感動的なシーンからズバーっと切り倒す笑いは絶対にクセになるハズ。

河川敷に河童がいる、星がいる、鉄仮面がいる!
是非彼らに会いに行ってください。
