いつもと著者が違うので、ちょっと読みにくい部分がありました。
でも、話の内容はよかったですよ！プレイしたことの無い人でもよく分かるのではないでしょうか？
しいて言えば、最初のほうが原作で出てきたリオールから始まっていて、新鮮さに欠けたってところぐらいでしょうか・・・。

原作のリオールの話と、あとタッカー事件をかすってます。微妙に中途半端な書き方なので「知ってるよー」てのと「端折りすぎ!!」てのが気になってなかなか入れません。鋼初めて読む人ならいいかも。
ゲームオリジナル部分にあたる、シャムシッドのあたりはとっても好きです。遺跡の描写がとってもいい感じ！　研究家のおじさんのいかにもガンコオヤジってところとか、幽霊として出てくる女の人の哀しさとか、伝説と重ねあわせる手法も好きで、普通に楽しめました。
原作を知ってる方は、前半はナナメ読みで、ハボックが出てきたあたりから読まれるとよろしいかと思います。

この本が発売されて、前からハガレンの小説には目がなかったので
迷わず買いました。でもかってがっかり。ほとんど原作と代わりがありませんでした。でもこれはこれでいいかなあ・・・。とおもう今日この頃です。今度の小説はもっと面白いのにしてくださいね~！！」
