様々な金融商品について読者の視点で解説している本。

章振りや構成がとてもバランスよく感じた。
最初はマネーの成り立ちからマクロ経済チックな話題までカバーされていて、なるほどって感じ。
次は投資のお話。その仕組みから本質まで丁寧に説明している。
第三章になると一気に金融商品の話が始まる。株、債券、為替、投資信託、デリバティブと、「詰め込みすぎじゃないかな？」って思うぐらい内容が充実している。でもまとめがしっかりしていて最後にはちゃんと納得できる。
センター試験では自分の理解度を確認して、分からなかったらまた読み直して理解を深める。
最終章が秀逸！実際の投資の始め方から始まり、投資の実践、さらに投資について疑似体験できる投資ゲームまでついている。このゲームが良く出来ていて、本当に投資しているみたいな感覚になった。実際に投資をしたくてウズウズし始める。

全体としては、面白くてやさしい会話体で話が進み、分かりやすい。世の中にある投資本って、やさしすぎる入門書かやたら数式ばっかり出てくる上級者向けの教科書だと思っていたけど、この本は内容は易しいようでいて難しい数式などは使わずに投資の本質が理解できる本だった。なので星５つ！

ずっと投資には興味があったけど、なかなかその世界に飛び込めないでいた自分にとって、本当に良い出会いとなったと思う。この本を読んで私は投資を始めました☆

株以外の投資の基本的な部分が見渡せて、さらに読みやすい。
簡単なトリビアのようなお話や、具体的な口座の開き方、どの証券口座がどうメリットがあるなのかといった内容まであり幅広くカバーしている。
浅く広くという感は否めないが、株以外の投資の最低限の知識は身につくと思う。また株についても基本的なことと、ＩＰＯについてなど、株のちょっとわかりにくいトピックを取り上げている。

株は儲かるから株をやれ！というのではなく、株はリスクが高いとし、他にも投資信託や債券といったものを説明しているのが好感が持てる。確かに自分が使っている資金を考えると商品選択の部分から見直さないといけないと感じさせられた。
