離婚しようか迷っていました。離婚後の生活や離婚の際に必要な取り決めなどが、マンガを交えて書かれてあり、よくわかりました。

結果的に、私は協議離婚しましたが、全く何をどのように決めていけばいいのかわからない時に、この本は役に立ちました。
離婚協議書の存在も知りませんでしたが、作成や手続きについての方法、養育費のこと、親権と離婚後の戸籍や姓の知識も得ることが出来ました。
協議離婚となりましたが、話を進める上で、落ち着いて考えることができました。
離婚を考える際にも、相談先の紹介など載っており役に立つと思います。

調べたいことによってきちんと章が分かれているし、こちらの立場を考えた、とてもわかりやすい一冊。かといって、良くある「やさしく解説した法律本｣とは違い、やさしくなりすぎていないところがかえって読者を馬鹿にしていない感じで好印象でした。

離婚本は、わかりやすさが一番。その点、この本は一度読むだけで理解しやすかった。
