オンライン書店でも現実の書店でも、この本を見かけた人のほとんどは「なんじゃこりゃ？」と思うはずです。 しかし「ホッピー」という単語がちょっとでも記憶の隅に引っかかっているのならぜひこの本を手に入れるべきです。 「あの」ホッピーがどんなところで造られ、どんなところで飲めて、どんな人たち（著名人）が好むのか、ホッピーの全てが分かります。

この本はそんな熱い思いを持ったホッピー党のホームページから生まれました。

まず、ホッピーとは何たるか。

昭和23年、今でこそ流行りのノン・アルコールビールとして発売された麦芽発酵飲料。が、そこは戦後間もない時代。ビールなんて高価で飲めない時代であったゆえ、ホッピーを焼酎で割って飲むとうまい！というウワサが広まり、大ブームになったらしい、、、その後、日本の高度経済成長を経て、ビールが庶民のものとなり、今ではおいしい発泡酒が安価で手に入るようになった。しかし、そんな世の中でもホッピーは根強く愛され続けている。

次にホッピーとはどんな飲み物なのか？

・飲んでみてビックリ！！おいしいですね。
・ビールみたいなのに、ビールより軽くて飲みやすい。でもビールよりアルコール度数が高いのでちょっと恐いかも、、、

・HOPPY、予想よりウマイ、ウマイよ！こいつはまさにホッピーでハッピーだ！！
・女の子にすごくのみやすくていいと思う。なんだか知らぬ間にぐびぐびのんでいた、、、

そんなホッピーの歴史、飲み方、うまい店、製法からホッピーのある風景までホッピーの全てを伝えてくれる本です。
